Add the following text to the end of the Rule “The Laws of time”:
The Arbiter, by nature, cannot break a Law of Time.

Add the following text to the end of the Rule “The Laws of time”:
The Arbiter, by nature, cannot break a Law of Time.
This says to me that e could still commit the acts that make up a Chronocrime, but would still not be breaking the law.
Shadowclaw - I think that’s exactly the point.
I would have voted for but since the Arbiter has voted against, I guess e doesn’t want the privilege.
I talked with Hix and he was fine with being barred from commiting a Chronocrime but not with the current wording.
not barred, exactly, but maybe “if the Arbiter commits (or maybe is convicted of) a Chronocrime, then [interesting effect X]”
