Add the following text to the end of the Rule “The Laws of time”:

The Arbiter, by nature, cannot break a Law of Time.

Shadowclaw - I think that’s exactly the point.

I would have voted for but since the Arbiter has voted against, I guess e doesn’t want the privilege.

I talked with Hix and he was fine with being barred from commiting a Chronocrime but not with the current wording.
