Add the following line to the end of rule 2.4, Skills:

An Earthling may undertake one of the Learning actions, listed as sub-rules to this rule, as a weekly action.

Add the following as a sub-rule to rule 2.4, Skills, entitled Learning by Osmosis:

An Earthling may Learn by Osmosis. An Earthling who does so may gain a copy of one skill possessed by another Earthling who is a member of the same Corporation as them. If an Earthling has more than 2 copies of a Skill, they may not gain further copies of that Skill through Learning by Osmosis.

Add the following as a sub-rule to rule 2.4, Skills, entitled Learning by Upgrade:

A Robot Earthling may Learn by Upgrade, so long as their Corporation possesses an Upgrade Disk. An Earthling who does so may gain a copy of any one skill.

Add the following as a sub-rule to rule 2.4, Skills, entitled Learning by Study:

An Organism Earthling may Learn by Study, so long as their Corporation possesses a Study Pass. An Earthling who does so may gain a copy of any one skill.
