so if your five ahead of someone you can’t use this at all?

The restriction is meant to make Leapfrog a carefully strategic choice of when to use it. Without a limitation of some sort, you might as well just spam until you’re ahead of the Snail that currently has the lead, which doesn’t seem very sporting.

If you really don’t like being limited by number of Moves, maybe we could take up Habanero’s idea of limiting it by range instead, where you could spam it all day, but it only includes other non-Slug Snails within X of you.

[Jonathan] “spam until” is still costing you Moves, though, there’s a meaningful decision in when to stop pushing your luck.
