I’m not sure if I like the idea of a Megasystem being Destroyed as the cause for another Megasystem to start getting more Damaged Parts.

Also, the Brevity rule is enforced now that we’re past Initialisation Phase Two. This adds far more than 400 characters of text.

This does weaken the first bullet point of passing time by ensuring that even if nobody bothers with a destination, you still have one half the time.

that it does. the first draft of this proposal addressed that by adding texture to the different Locations (making a couple of them more dangerous) which would incentivise making sure u guide the Machine instead of letting it do its own thing! i still plan to propose something to that effect :0

The second step is too vague, in that it doesn’t require the random Facility to be operable in the first place and it’s unclear what happens if it selects one that isn’t.
