Repeal rule “2.16 City”

Create a new rule “London Underground”:

There exists a wiki page called “London Underground” which at all times contains the image located at this URL: http://www.tourstolondon.co.uk/london-underground-map.gif
This image is known as the London Underground Map (or simply the Map) and specifies a list of Stations.

All Stations belong to a line as shown in the Map (all stations that share a colour are part of the same line, the lower right of the image contains a list of the lines, referenced by name and colour).

A Station may be a Interchange Station if its so marked in the Map. Interchange Stations are part of more than one line, as indicated by the lines they intersect in the Map.

Each Survivor has a Station, tracked by the GNDT, which must match the name of a Station in the Map, and is “Westminster” for new Survivors.

Set the Station of all non-Infected Survivors to “Westminster”. Set the Station of all Infected Survivors to “Wembley Park”.

Create a new sub-rule “Movement” under rule “London Underground”:

As a daily action, a Survivor may change their Station to any other Station that is part of the same line as their current Station. If their current Station is an Interchange Station, they may change their Station to a Station on any of the lines of which that Interchange Station is a part of.
