Proposal: A Softer Freeboot

To the start of the second bulleted list in “The Watch”, add:-

* In the rule “Armour Value and Damage”, replace “When a Vessel Sinks, all Captains (except for those who share a Side with the controller of the Sinking Vessel) who control a Vessel which created” with “When a Battleship, Minelayer or Submarine Sinks, all Captains who control a Vessel which created”, then remove this bullet point from the ruleset.

Trying that one again.
