In rule Vows, change
On noon Wednesday and noon Sunday, all Vows are removed.

Monks may remove eir own Vow on Sundays without penalty. Additionally, Monks may remove Vows ey were forced to undergo by the Abbot on Wednesdays without penalty.
They currently expire way too soon. Plus, keeping track of when when exactly that happens is practically impossible.
I wouldn’t want to penalize those who are not able to be active on Sundays.
I think Vows should have a set length (say, 3 days). Also, if we extend a vow’s duration, we should increase the Integrity penalty for breaking the vow so that I won’t come out ahead on a broken vow.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.

I already think vows are too long - particuarly with the habbit of enforcing vows of silence on new and unidling monks.
