Given that the Facility Head has been playing the dynasty adversarially and the Traitor roll was secret, can I double-check that the roll (which Clucky is privately assuring me happened post-Escape) was actually made against all players, rather than being misread as Emperor’s choice?

Rapidly switching into deep-level error-checking mode across the events of our escape, before my server shell hits the ground, anyway…

@Kevan do you think it makes the traitor role more or less interesting if the emperor is allowed to reveal who the traitor was?

I was definitely the traitor. So in this scenario, if lemon confirms I’m the traitor, it doesn’t really matter. But there might be circumstances in the future where someone wants to claim traitor even if they weren’t. And I’m honestly not sure if its better or worse if they can safely do that without the emperor going “actually…”

I do think its safe for Lemon to confirm that, assuming she selected a traitor, the traitor was randomly selected from all possible options.

Sure, not asking Lemon to confirm anything beyond it not being the case that the Traitor rule was misread. It’d be a shame (I assume for both of us) to realise during discussion a few days later that Lemon had misread the rule and chosen for dramatic effect rather than at random.

But I see it’s been confirmed on Slack since then, and the plan looks as good as ever.
