against This shouldn’t be a CfJ; the CfJ mechanic doesn’t exist to enact proposals that can’t enact under the proposal framework.

We enacted a rule that says that proposals can’t pass unless they hit a certain threshold; that proposal didn’t. I don’t see any reason why we sidestep the ruleset restriction; if we don’t like the non-dynastic-supermajority rule then we should repeal that.
