In “News” replace “A Cell’s Notoriety is the total of its Most Wanted scores published in the Ministry of Information’s News and Stability Threat Index posts during previous cycles” with
A Cell’s Notoriety is the total of its Most Wanted scores published in the last five Ministry of Information’s News and Stability Threat Index posts (including the one currently being published)
A bit of a selfish proposal here, but I think a fair one. Stuff that happened two weeks ago should be old news.
