Add the following line to the end of the rule entitled “Contribution”:
Whenever a proposal that modifies the Ruleset becomes Enacted, the admin who enacts that proposal increases the Contribution of its author by 5.
Change this to lower the contribution of the Infected; otherwise this is a /disincentive/ for the Infected to submit proposals.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
