Since there is no Rule 1.7, only a Law 1.7, however, this proposal does nothing.

In Rule 1.7, replace

Any Monk may update any Monk’s data via the GNDT, whenever the Ruleset permits it.

with

Any Monk may update any data in the GNDT, whenever the Ruleset permits it.
