I think there were mistakes with the actions other than the Waking Hour issue (e.g. you can’t perform actions if you have too many Plays relative to the other Snails, and Slugs are not Snails), which would be a reason not to uphold them (as it’d cause the other mistakes to be upheld, in addition to the Waking Hour mistake).

now that this CFJ is a placeholder, although I’m tempted to vote FOR out of curiosity to see what happens when you enact a CFJ that instructs the enacting admin to fail it. (I guess you just set it to enacted, and immediately afterwards to failed?)

I guess so! Unless the first “Disregard” instruction allows you to ignore the subsequent “please fail”?
