Sorry, when you proposed your new proposal, the failing one had not been admined, and thus bhy the rules is still in the pending state.  It does not matter what order in which they were admined, it matters what the gamestate was at time that you proposed it.

Yeah. Even though you had voted against it, it still counts as a pending proposal until one of us can get around to admining it. 

OK, I was confused by the use of the word “self-killed” in 1.5.  CfJ withdrawn.   I might repost Eddie the Eagle once the dust clears.

You actually cant withdraw a CFJ either.

Oh.  er… I see… somebody ought to do something about that, someday.

Why? A pending CfJ really does no harm at all.

Not much harm, but if hypothetically there are a lot of orphaned but technically pending CfJs in the queue, this might distract attention from genuine ones.  What’s the objection to a little housecleaning?

CFJ’s can be anonymous for starters.  That would make for all kinds of intricacies.
