Proposal: Aesthetics

Change the color scheme to match more closely that of the International Olympic Committee website. (a white background, blue motif)

“Color scheme” traditionally refers to the main page color scheme.

I’m aware; I did the same thing in previous dynasties, but it would be so very nice to see the “:FOR:” when this proposal resolves.

If it is a proposal and it passes, he gets a TP per Rule 2.3.2.  Perhaps someone ought to revise that part of 2.3.2 so that a passing proposal earns its author a TP only if the proposal substantively affects the Rules.

But if Elias simply gave me a cool color scheme, I could give him 3 TP via the Brownie points rule. Instead, he will settle from one from passing this proposal =P.
