Proposal: Ahem, Is Everybody Listening?

Append the following text to the rule ‘Evil Day’:

On Evil Day, the Overlord may make an Evil Day Address by making a post encouraging Evil, and outlining current Evil Plans.

The first Henchman, not including the Overlord, to comment on the post with the text “As you wish, Overlord” may increase their own Intelligence by 2.
The second Henchman, not including the Overlord, to do so may increase their own Intelligence by 1.
Any other Henchmen are encouraged to comment on the Evil Day Address with phrases congratulating the Overlord on their brilliance and promising to do as the Overlord says.
