You can be idled by request, if you want; you don’t need a CFJ to idle or unidle unless there’s a rule preventing it happening for some reason.

I’m going to treat this as a request per the rules on Idle Snails:

An Admin may render a Snail Idle if that Snail has asked to become Idle in an entry or comment

since this is an entry, even if it is a CfJ.

GetPunnedOn has been idled. Quorum remains unchanged at 4.

I think this CFJ also becomes failable as a consequence, because it no longer contains ruleset, gamestate or tracker changes.

In any case, just in case the votes end somehow up mattering.
