Amend the Effect of “Strong Gin” to:
Whenever any Individual in the same Location as this artefact (or the same Location as the Individual who is the Location of this artefact), they are Drunk. Drunk Individuals do not receive Flesh damage from any source.
The CfJ to patch the scam removed this other useful power of Gin - which is unrelated to the scam.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
