If the Proposal titled “People’s Republic of MIC” failed, this Proposal does nothing.

Amend the rule ‘The Party’ in the Ruleset of MIC Faction, so that it reads as follows:

WHEREAS all good factions need Government.
WHEREAS communism is the fairest form of Government.
The People’s Republic of Mic shall be governed by The Party.

The Party shall consist of the Vizier of Propaganda, the Vizier of Issues and the Chairman. The Vizier of Propaganda ensures that all citizens of the People’s Republic of Mic are informed of current events, and are not led astray. The Vizier of Issues is responsible for political issues within the People’s Republic and outside of the People’s Republic. The Chairman is the Leader of the People’s Republic of Mic.

The Vizier of Propaganda and the Vizier of Issues shall be appointed by the Chairman. The Vizier of Propaganda, the Vizier of Issues and the Chairman shall all be citizens of the People’s Republic of Mic.

No problems here. Someone else can decide how the Chairman erself is appointed.
