Add a GNDT column entitled Money.
Create a rule entitled Cash Awards with the following text:
Olympians are not only awarded medals for placing well, but money, as well. The money they earn is in the currency of

Popular Olympians instead receive 150% of the normal money award, rounded down to the nearest

. Star Olympians instead receive 200% (not compounded with the 150% Popular Bonus) of the normal money award.
If more than half of all comments containing counted FOR votes also contain the not case-sensitive text “Psh, love?”, then enact the red text instead of the blue text. Otherwise, enact the blue text and do not enact the red text.
I do recommend that the popular athletes do not receive extra cash on victory, and I would prefer the idea of, maybe, OCU (Olympic Currency Units), or anything else. I will vote 
on a revised version.
