Replace the sentence “The valid Command Roles are Pilot, Doctor, and Mediator” in the rule “Command Roles” with:

The valid Command Roles are Pilot, Doctor, Mediator, and Stim Dealer.

Add the following to the rule “Drugs”:

As a Daily Action, the Stim Dealer may Boost any Crewmember other than themself who is Tired, Fatigued or Exhausted. To do so, the Stim Dealer updates the GNDT to replace that Crewmember’s Emotion of Tired, Fatigued or Exhausted with Alert. The Stim Dealer shall then roll 1DICE6; on a result of 1, that Crewmember gains the Emotion Paranoid as well, or if they were already Paranoid, gains the Emotion Angry.

When this Proposal is Enacted, the enacting Admin shall roll 1DICEX, where X is the number of Crewmembers who are Alert and do not currently have a Command Role, and use the result to select one of those Crewmembers (with 1 corresponding to the Crewmember who appears first in GNDT order, 2 to the second, and so on) and assign the Command Role of Stim Dealer to them.
