Proposal: Another Discredited Measurement System

Enact a new Rule, “Apparent Body Weight”:-

Each Befuddled has a BMI, a non-integer number defaulting to 20, tracked in the GNDT. A Befuddled with a BMI lower than 18.5 is Underweight; a Befuddled with a BMI higher than 25 is Overweight; all other Befuddleds are of Optimal Weight.

As a weekly action, a Befuddled may add or subtract up to 2.5 to or from their BMI.

Let’s have another player statistic to pitch against the zero-sum IQ. And maybe a pie-eating contest.

Isn’t 20 an invalid value, being an integer?

I suggest “positive multiple of 0.1” in place of the incorrect “non-integer number”.  Unless you want some wise-ass setting eir BMI to \lim_{x\rightarrow 1^-}\sum_{p>2}(-1)^{(p+1)/2}x^p without supplying a proof that this quantity is finite, let alone within 2.5 of eir current BMI 6*pi or something similarly silly.
