Add the following card to the ruleset:
Redo (2). [Spell] No Constraint. Lose 4 thaum, then, discard all the other cards in your hand and redraw from the deck that many cards./Nothing happens.
I’m against cards having only one effect, they make it more likely that the effects you can play are useless to you, which is the biggest problem in this dynasty so far.
This does simultaneously address that problem, though, by letting you replace useless cards.
Its a (2), and I actually don’t mind nothing happens on the down effect. I’d prefer it as a potion, but that’s really a minor quibble.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.

so pay 5 thaum to draw at most 3 cards, which could be the same cards you had before? well it certainly has drawbacks compared to some of the other draw cards but draw power can be very powerful
