Add a new dynastic rule entitled “Anything You Can Do” with the following text:
Any action that requires a player to be Unseated may be performed by a Seated player, with the exception of Calling and Raising. This rule supercedes all previously enacted rules.
I gather that the purpose of this is to let people rob trains without giving up their position in an ongoing poker game?
confused about “This rule supercedes all previously enacted rules.” especially since it doesn’t actually rewrite those rules.
It’ll pass once the previous proposal is administered. I’d do it, but I don’t have too, and I want people to think more about giving admins emperor powers if the actual emperor goes on hiatus, but any other admin may enact that rule at any time.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
