Proposal: [Appendix] Grab bag

In the rule “Turns” change “Make a post announcing that a new Round has started, and what the Weather, the Sea Type, and the Pool Dice for that round will be” to “Make a post announcing that a new Round has started, and what the Weather for that round will be”. If Round 5 has not started then start it and uphold its commencement and all actions taken by Islands in it so far.

Change the title of rule 4.1.2 (Time) to Frequencies.

To avoid confusion with rule 4.4.3, which is also called Time.

As noted on Slack, I’m wary of the broad “uphold [all] actions” for rubber-stamping any illegal action that anyone can think of not-performing between now and enactment.

against per previous concern. If I announce that I’m rolling my White Die a thousand times, that’s illegal, but this proposal would Uphold it.

Upholding the commencement of Round 5 is all that’s needed, as doing so will also (per the appendix) “declare that all attempted game actions taken after it were attempted as if the Upheld action had been successful”.
