Change, from the glossary

Weekly Communal Action
If a game action is a Weekly Communal Action, it can be performed by any Knight, but only if it has not been performed (by any Knight) already in the same week.

to

Weekly Communal Action
A Weekly Communal action is a Weekly Action that can only be performed by one Knight per week.

This ties the definition of the communal action to that of the non-communal one, eliminating the potential for end-of-week shenanigans.

As a question from a returning player: why do Core Proposal and Dynastic Proposal have glossary entries?  Also, what rule now enables a new Baron to delete the Dynastic rules on Ascension?

The glossary entries are a hangover from an August 2010 proposal to change the proposal queue slots into “two dynastic, one core” (it went back to “two proposals” seven months later). They’ve seen a little use since, but not much.

Dynastic rules are now auto-repealed unless the Baron specifies otherwise, after I accidentally neglected to specify any during an ascension and someone immediately repeated the unrepealed scam I’d used.

for This has the added advantage of enabling Weekly Communal Actions that may only be performed by a subset of Knights (“As a Weekly Communal Action, any Knight with a Ranged Weapon may…”).
