In “Lair Actions”, replace “and an effect of “none”.” with:-

and any number of Features as its Effect (or “none” if it has no Features), in an order of the Vampire Lord’s choosing. A Room may not have more than one copy of a Feature.

Replace “Exploring a Room is a Power Action with a cost of 5.” with:-

Exploring a Room is a Power Action with a cost of 5 plus the total Darkness scores of the Features being placed in that Room’s Effect (to a minimum cost of 1).

Add a subrule to The Crypt of Dracula, called “Features”:-
