Create a Dynastic Rule Called “Proposal Grind Count” with text “1”

Grind 1. (v.i.) To repeatedly perform an action with great frequency and with minimal benefit because there is no reason not to do so.  2 (n.) A single instance of grinding.

Also, if anyone would like another option than my arrowing up one of your proposals, I offer anyone who asks for it a 50% chance (based on a GNDT DICE2 roll) of getting as a transfer the 1 Coal that I recieve from your arrowing up this proposal.

I’m out of slots, but a rule to make arrows irrelevant on vetoed proposals would probably fix this loophole.
