Proposal: Asterisks to Asterisks [Special Case]

Replace “If the title of a Special Case Rule includes an asterisk, (*) its Default Status is Inactive” with:-
If the title of a Special Case Rule includes “[Rare]”, its Default Status is Inactive
Rename the rule the title of which contains the words “No Collaboration” to “No Collaboration [Inactive] [Rare]”.
In “Names”, replace “braces, any text between a pair of opening and closing braces, and, in the case of Special Case Rules, any asterisks,” with:-
braces and any text between a pair of opening and closing braces,
While checking the validity of No Collaboration’s creation (the proposal said to create it with that name, but the name should also have a tag and an asterisk - but I think this works out fine under the Names rule), I started wondering why we’re using a cryptic asterisk for “default to Inactive”.
