If there is a component called Aura, rewrite it to read:

* Aura: You may add a Magical Aura to a Temple that has not one. To add the Aura, chose a Temple belonging to any Incarnation and add an “!” after the Deity name in that Temple’s listing. Only one “!” may exist after any temple’s listing.(+5 City Might).

and rewrite Rule “Quintessence” to read:

Each Deity may often increase every Deity’s Quintessence by one point.

Each Deity may often increase eir own Quintessence by one point for every 10 temples with auras that eir Incarnation has (A Temple with an aura has an “!” after the Incarnation name in the City Wiki).

New Deities start with 5 Quintessence.

then rewrite it to read

If the number of Resident Worshippers yielded by a Temple is permanently reduced to 0 or less, that Temple is destroyed.
