Besides, Josh, do you really want Raichu or Purplebeard to be in charge? If you appoint me Chief of Police I would be more than happy to Authorize the framing of Raichu. I could use the Power I have stocked up to push myself over the top and ensure that you are disposed in an honorable manner.
