Add a dynastic rule called “Routines”

Each AI has a Routine, which is a string which by default is empty, and may be empty or “Surfing the Web”. As a discrete action, an AI may change their Routine to any legal value at any time.

When the Behavior Log is cleared, if an AI has a Routine of “Surfing the Web”, any entries performed by that AI whose name is “Surfing the Web” and which were performed at the same location the AI is currently focused on are not removed from the Behavior Log.

Removing the daily grind of logging your web surfing

we can fix it so that you can’t use it to bypass air gapping. I just don’t like having to daily add a line to the wiki just to not fall behind.

I suppose that’s fair. Though you could also argue that the ability to bypass a potential airlock is offset by the risk that you discover your location is now monitored, and now you’re locked in performing another action in that location and gaining another suspicion
