Rewrite the rule Avatar Activity as follows:

As a Existential Action, the Ascendant can and should make an Activity Report. Making an Activity Report is an Atomic Action with the following steps:

* If a Careless Mover still exists from a previous iteration of this Action, change its Occupancy Tier to a valid value, secretly-randomly
* Secretly-randomly select an Avatar whose Occupancy Tier is the same as the Level of any Mindjacker; this Avatar becomes the Careless Mover and any other Avatar that would be the Careless Mover ceases to be
* Generate two valid Avatar Names that do not duplicate the name of any currently extant Avatar
* Break the three names thus generated into their component words and secretly randomise the order of those words
* Make a story post with a title of Activity Report: x, where x is the Occupancy Tier of the Careless Mover, and which contains the randomised list of words, along with the Star Sign of the Careless Mover
