Enact the proposed changes of the proposal If a Backpack Could Pack Backs from Saturday.
For the first time in maybe a decade, a proposal has timed out 1 vote to 0 because nobody voted on it at all. Here it is again.
nah there was one proposal many dynasties back that I made which timed out like that, I accidentally passed it though.
It resolves as a FOR, as a proposer’s vote is always considered to be FOR. Such DEF votes are generally interpreted to be shrugs, I think.
They are rather useless since if Kevan votes against it’s a self kill. Maybe the could be retooled to mean something else.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
