Proposal: Beauty Mod revamped

5-0, reached quorum, passed unanimously.  Enacted by Excalabur.

Change the penultimate paragraph of Production to read:

The production capacities for Natural Beauty, and the stock of Natural Beauty a Country holds can be negative numbers. The stock of Natural Beauty held by a Country other than the Hegemonist may only become negative as a result of production. The Hegemonist may not take any action, other than closing market orders, that would make eir stock of Nat. Beauty negative. Other commodities’ production capacities and stocks must be non-negative.

Set every country’s stock of natural beauty to 25 upon passage of this proposal.
