This version of the scam only gets me up to Yellow, with minus a huge amount of treason.

I confirm The Secret Police. Since all accusations of being in TSP were correct at the time of accusation:
Ais-R-BGN-1 has done great work and is awarded -5x10 treason points.
Ais-R-BGN-1 is considered rather treasonous but contrite and is given 2x10 treason points and stripped of his membership in The Secret Police.

Total: -50+20=-30 Treason Points.

...and this is the exact reason why I didn’t want the rules to judge accusations at the time they were made, instead of when they were resolved. I didn’t want to perpetuate knowledge of this scam in Keba’s earlier cfj. Ah well.

@Kyre: just because an interpretation of a rule leads to a scam, does not mean it’s necessarily incorrect.
