Add to Rule 2.2.3, Librarian:
The Librarian may spent five Moves and two points of Integrity to gain any Book.
Add to Rule 2.23.2, Classical Literature:
The Librarian has Proficency in Classical Literature.
Pardon me, but why on Earth wasn’t this already in there? o.O
I was talking for Kevan about this sort of thing just last week—it’s clear that we lack a mechanism for dealing with antisocial players.
Ah, I did intend to vote for, but that’s the text for another proposal.

Well, the mechanism for dealing with antisocial players doesn’t need to be part of the Ruleset, IMO.
Yeah, although I did like Kevan’s idea. His text went something like
“The Emperor may deem a character antisocial, and then X happens”.
Where X is something unpleasant, if I recall the gist of it.
Thanks AG. I was a little woried both that you thought I was antisocial and you thought the solution was to give me proficency in classical literature. =)

Hah, TAE, originally we didn’t have a Librarian, so there was no point in detailing the abilities of the station. Fear not, we’ll make it useful enough that someone might kill to be it. =D
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
