In the subrule “Encryption”, add the following text to the end of the paragraph:
It is an Agenda Item to perform a Superencryption in which the Mindjacker performing the Superencryption chooses the maximum allowed number of Mindjackers or the number of non-Idle Mindjackers - 1, whichever is smaller, and is not among the Mindjackers chosen.
Yes, it’s an easy Agenda Item, but the real cost is providing a benefit to Mindjackers other than themselves, which becomes a more wide-spread benefit the higher the Level of the Mindjacker who uses this Agenda Item.
