Replace “Call to Action” with “Town Meeting”, throughout the ruleset, with appropriate pluralisation. Then reword “vote on a Town Meeting” to “vote in a Town Meeting”, and “Town Meeting’s enactment” to “enacting the effects of a Town Meeting”.

Also replace “City of Zahndorf” with “village of Zahndorf”, actually, in Rule 2.5. And if more than half the FOR votes on this proposal include the word “pfennig” in their comment, replace “euro” with “pfennig”.
