Proposal: Big Strain

In the rule “Drugs” remove “Injection is a Strenuous action.” and add a paragraph at the beginning of the rule:

All actions in this rule are Strenuous.

In the rule “Missions”, replace “any of its Responder Team are Exhausted or Disabled” with:-

any of its Responder Team are Exhausted, Injured or Disabled

In the rule “The Airlock”, replace “or if they are named as another Crewmember’s Mark in the GNDT”:-

or if they are named as another Crewmember’s Mark in the GNDT (and that Crewmember is neither Injured nor Disabled)

Reproposing the illegal-third-proposal “Uniform Drug Policy”, and making Mission assistance and Airlock shoving into Strenuous pseudo-actions as well.

against  Do the androids really need yet another way to make missions fail with no fault to the people on the mission?  If they want a mission to fail, it should matter at least a little whether they’re on the Response Team.
