In the rule Variance, replace “Each Parallel Dynasty has a Variance score, which may be tracked on their history pages.” with
Each Parallel Dynasty has a Variance score, which is publicly tracked.
This is just a minor tweak. Since variance is becoming a more prominent concept and not all parallel dynasties have pages, it makes sense to put it in the normal gamestate tracker instead.
