I’ve always thought of “rest of” as meaning “everything after this”. That’s the meaning in English, or at least the dialect of English I use.

“Rest of” has multiple meanings.

“Unless otherwise specified, game variables defined to hold numeric values can hold only non-negative integers”.

Infinity is not an integer.
