Replace the word “Piloting” in the rule Gunnery with the word Gunnery.
Create a new dynastic rule, titled Boom:
There exists an atomic bomb, which has a timer. The timer starts at 30. Every two days that nobody posts a proposal, the timer goes down by 1. When the timer hits 0, the dynasty ends, all dynastic rules are repealed, and a new metadynasty starts.
Blame the controller(s) of Magnus.

One question though: How are we going to keep track of what number the counter is on?
So, every time 48 hours goes by without a proposal being submitted, the counter goes down by 1 and the 48 hours starts over. When the counter reaches 0, the dynasty end immediately and a new metadynasty starts.
Seems like a good idea to keep going throughout the dynasties until it blows.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
