Proposal: Bribing the Executioner

Add a new rule, entitle “Bribing the Executioner”:

As a weekly action, a Member of the Staff may make a story post starting with [Bribe] so long as the Member of the Staff has 15 or more credits. Upon making this post, he must decrease his credits by 15, or the post has no effect. If twelve hours pass without another Member of the Staff posting a comment on it that contains the word “Overbid” and decreasing his credits by 20, then the bomb timer goes down by one. If a Member of the Staff does post a comment that contains the word “Overbid” and that Member of the Staff has at least 20 credits, then the Member of the Staff who made the comment loses 20 credits immediately and the timer does not go down. Only the first Member of the Staff who posts “Overbid” and has at least 20 credits must lose 20 credits.
