The constraint doesn’t seem to have been slowing things down all that much

Not at first, but as we’re getting closer to to the Initialisation Keys limit, it seems to be getting harder to introduce new keys without leaving rule stubs that are too short to be meaningful for creating Schematics for Phase Two.

It also leaves rules a lot less solid than would be ideal. I know I’ve had to strip out some important sentences in mine because 400 gives you so little leeway to work with.

It’s definitely been mildly frustrating when writing proposals, but I’d rather stick with it and see what kind of ultimate ruleset we get from it.

it’s somewhat limiting, yes, but I don’t know if I fully want it to be gone

i’d be alright with raising the limit to 500 or 600, but i’m against removing it. it’s an interesting constraint, and at least one or two machinists are currently playing in part because of that rule’s existence, right?
