Create a Rule named Brownie Points with the following text:

Each Henchman (including the Overlord) has an attribute named “Brownie Points” which is always zero or a positive integer, and which shall be tracked by the GNDT, abreviated as BP.
Henchman may not lower or increase their Brownie Points in any way other than those specified by the rules.

As a daily action, the Overlord may transfer any amount of Brownie Points from one Henchman to another Henchman.

Whenever a Henchman joins the game, give 10 Brownie Points to Henchman.

Give 10 Brownie Points to all Henchman (including the Overlord)
