Describing the issue:  New Vegetables don’t get all their stats initialized.

Measures that shall be taken to resolve it (if this CfJ passes):  Add the sentence “New Vegetables start with 5 Tastiness, 5 Healthfulness, and 0 Exoticity.” to the “Taste Sensations” Rule.  For the purposes of any Vegetables who first joined the Dynasty after the creation of that Rule (including, but not necessarily limited to Bucky), treat their stats as if the sentence had always been part of the Rule.

I will be “updating” the GNDT (right now) under the assumption that this CfJ will pass.  Unless it seems that this CfJ will not pass, Vegetables are advised to take actions assuming that Bucky does, indeed, have all eir stats.
