As there is no rule which states a mal-formed motion is invalid. If this call for judgement is approved the motion will be undeleted.

BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
The game has been running since 2003 and resets every month or so. Have a look around the wiki for more information and history. New players are always welcome and can join in the game at any time.
BlogNomic is powered by pMachine ExpressionEngine.

Hix:
1) This is not a CfJ.
2a) A motion may be made by an Iudex for the consideration of The Iudices Assembled. The Iudex making the Motion, known as the mover, shall create an entry in the page named Motions with the format “*[[Motion to (Subject)]] - ~~~~â€.
2b) The Ruleset and Gamestate can only be altered in manners specified by the Ruleset.
3) When one makes a “mal-formed motion” by, for example, making the entry on the Motions wiki page read “Motion for (Subject)” rather than “Motion to (Subject)”, we can conclude from 2b above (quoted from the Ruleset) that the Gamestate has not actually been changed, since there is nothing in the Ruleset which permits such a change on the wiki page. Such a “mal-formed motion” is not, of course, actually a Motion at all.
4) All Iudicies (especially admins) have a responsibility to make sure that documents such as the wiki pages or GNDT entries do not misrepresent the Gamestate.
5) Reverting errors in this way is allowed, as the Gamestate is not actually being changed while doing so.
