Proposal: Captain is not The Captain

In the rule entitled “Victory”,
Replace all instances of “Captain” not immediately preceded by the word “the” with the following text:

Besides, if naming scams are supported, a swashbuckler could just change their name to ‘the captain’. I think this is a terrible direction for the game.
