In the rule Avatar Activity, to the end of the first bullet point, add:

For each Tier between the Tier that was its Occupancy Tier at the start of this action and its new Occupancy Tier (inclusive of the latter but exclusive of the former), see if a Ripple is generated; a Ripple has a 50% chance, secretly-randomly determined, of being generated in any Tier where the Careless Mover’s Star Sign corresponds to a higher-numbered Tier.
